They want to be able to pay their rent from the convenience of their home while on their laptop or cell phone. Our tenants can find their apartment, apply for it, pay their rent and utilities, and lodge a maintenance request all online via our tenant portal. Equally, owners can log in to view financial statements, inspection reports, and maintenance records of their property via our owner portal.
Different owners have different plans for their property(ies); for some it may be a family house they are trying to preserve, others it is a fixer upper they intend to release as the market value increases, or it may be an entire investment property portfolio. We analyze each property comparing it to surrounding rentals and provide our owners with an overview recommending rents, maintenance programs, and improvement plans (on request) specific to each property to ensure it operates at its maximum potential in line with the owners goals.
