Property Analysis and Acquisition Period
The Paramount Group aims to provide investors not only with the opportunity, but the information needed to make an educated investment decision. While any real estate agent will provide a list of 3 bedroom 2 bath homes for sale in an area of interest, they do not provide the numbers and information needed to know if it is a worthwhile investment. This is where the Paramount Group differs.
We specifically target investment properties and provide a property analysis, otherwise known as a pro forma, to potential investors. We aim to give an inclusive snap shot of acquisition costs, construction costs (if needed), operating costs, rental revenue, and market trends in order for an investor to fully understand his ROI.
Whether the property will be held short or long term, the Paramount Group can provide full property management services (see property management), construction management for improvements/full renovations, and exit strategy recommendations.
